What to Have Ready
- The date of your event (or a rough window).
- The city or venue.
- The expected guest count, even if it is a range.
- The service style you are picturing: buffet, plated, family-style, drop-off, or grazing.
- Any dietary needs: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergies, macro-tracked, kid-friendly.
None of this is required to book the call, but the more Chef Juan has going in, the sharper the proposal you get back.
