Plated Dinner Service
Multi-course plated dinners with a professional service team, best for events up to about thirty guests.
—
A plated dinner is the format when the room is small enough to give every guest a course-by-course experience, no buffet line, no station traffic, just the meal delivered plate by plate. Chef Juan’s® plated dinner service works best up to about thirty guests. Above that, buffet is usually the right call for flow and portion control. Every plated menu is built with you: a starter, one or two mains (often with a vegetarian option), sides, and a plated dessert or coordinated dessert course. Chef Juan brings his own service staff, and pairs the plated experience with add-ons like bartending, wine pairing, and service coordination for the room.
