Multi-course dinners cooked, plated, and served in your kitchen, two to thirty guests, custom menu, service staff optional.
An in-home dinner party is dinner-party dining without the restaurant. Chef Juan arrives at your home the day of the party, cooks a multi-course menu in your kitchen, plates each course, serves it to your table, and leaves the kitchen the way he found it. The menu is built entirely around the occasion, your guests, your dietary needs, your favorite proteins, the flow you want the evening to have. Two guests or thirty. Anniversary dinner, birthday, holiday hosting, a client or team dinner at home, or “we don’t want to leave the house tonight.” Servers and bartending can be added; so can referrals to photographers, videographers, and dessert bakers if the night calls for it. Chef Juan has been building dinner parties like this for more than twenty years.
How It Works
1. Menu built around your night. Tell us the occasion, the guest count, dietary needs, and the flavor territory you want. Chef Juan proposes a multi-course menu.
2. Chef Juan shops the day of. Fresh ingredients sourced same-day.
3. Cooked in your kitchen. Every course prepared on-site so guests smell what’s coming.
4. Plated and served. Course by course, to your table, at the pace you set.
5. Kitchen left cleaner than we found it. Always.
Guest Counts We Serve
- Intimate dinners for 2-8, dinner-party service at its most personal.
- Small parties of 9-20, most common size for anniversary or milestone dinners.
- Plated events up to 30, the upper bound for full plated service in a home kitchen.
Above 30 guests we usually move to a buffet or a catering format for flow and portion control. Ask, we can advise.
