Seven menu formats. One promise: every menu is built for your event, never a template.
—
Every catering menu at Chef Juan’s® is built to the event, not pulled from a rotation. Wedding, corporate, private, plated, buffet, health-conscious, holiday, the format shapes the day, but the menu inside it is designed around your guest count, your budget, your dietary needs, and the flavors you actually love. Chef Juan brings more than thirty years across restaurants, franchises, catering, and private events into every menu build, from Cafe Sunflower’s vegetarian kitchen to plated weddings up to 300 guests. Pick the format that fits your event and see how we build the menu.

About Boxed Lunches & Grazing Tables
Chef Juan can build both. Neither is a core service line, boxed lunches are more suited to a delicatessen operation, and we’ve built one grazing table to date. If either is right for your event, ask and we’ll build it for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which menu format is right for my event?
Guest count is usually the deciding factor. Under 30 guests: plated. Under 75: your call. Over 75: buffet, unless the room and budget support a plated event. Not sure? Send the details and we’ll recommend.
Can you combine formats?
Yes, a plated first course into a buffet, or a grazing station during cocktail hour into a plated dinner, is a common request.
How far in advance do I need to book catering?
Most events need 30-60 days. Corporate drop-off can go as fast as 24-48 hours. Holiday season should be booked by October. —
