Corporate Catering, Drop-Off, Full-Service & Everything Between
Meeting lunches, corporate events, doctor’s offices, warehouses, retail teams, Chef Juan’s® builds the menu, handles the setup, and shows up when it matters.
—
Chef Juan’s® corporate catering runs from a same-week drop-off lunch at a doctor’s office to a full-service event for a Fortune 500 company. There is no “typical corporate client”, past accounts have included doctor’s offices, warehouses, local jewelry and tire businesses, universities, Fortune 500s, government agencies, nonprofits, and The Recording Academy. Whether the format is drop-off (delivered, set up, and picked up later) or full-service (Chef Juan or his team is on-site serving and monitoring), the same principles apply: transparent turnaround windows, real dietary accommodation across a whole team, and a menu that reflects the time of day and the tone of the event. Corporate turnaround can move fast, typically 24 to 48 hours depending on the order.

Drop-Off vs. Full-Service
Drop-Off Catering
We deliver, set up the buffet or box stack, and come back to collect equipment. Best for regular team lunches, boardroom meetings, and offices where you have someone on staff to manage service.
Full-Service Catering
Chef Juan or his team is on-site through the event, serving, monitoring temperature, refilling stations, and managing flow. Best for board dinners, client-facing events, all-hands meetings, and any event where you don’t want to be the one making sure the shrimp platter still has shrimp.
Fast Turnaround
Standard corporate lead time is a week or more. Rushed orders can typically go 24 to 48 hours depending on menu complexity and delivery distance. Ask, we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Dietary Accommodation, Team-Wide
Every corporate menu is planned for the full team, including anyone who is vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, lactose intolerant, gluten-free, or on a specific medical or macro plan. We ask up front and build the menu around it, no one gets a boring alternative plate.
What We Cater Best
- Lunches, the most-requested corporate menu, usually buffet-style comfort food or family-style spreads
- Dinners, client-facing dinners, board dinners, all-hands celebrations
- Breakfast, available, though we recommend lunch or dinner when the schedule allows because breakfast food quality is harder to hold hot for long service
- Boxed lunches, available on request; not our core format but we’ll build them for the right event
- Grazing stations, for open houses, launches, or long-run events
Notable Corporate Experience
Past corporate and organizational clients include:
- The Recording Academy
- Atlanta Public Schools
- Gainesville State College
- Fortune 500 companies
- Doctor’s offices, universities, government agencies, churches, political organizations, nonprofits, and hundreds of small businesses across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
