Chef Juan’s® has catered across Atlanta for more than two decades, from a plated birthday event in Castleberry Hills for a state representative (an event that was filmed for local coverage) to years of doctor’s-office and corporate lunches where mango salsa chicken and smoked white sauce chicken became memorable go-to plates. Chef Juan previously operated his own venue in Buford, Georgia, and his career includes years as Chef Manager at Cafe Sunflower, one of Atlanta’s leading vegetarian restaurants. Today Chef Juan is deliberately taking the catering business in a new direction, leaner, more focused, more selective, but every Atlanta booking still gets the same custom-menu, direct-from-the-chef treatment that built the client list in the first place.
