Chef Juan’s® Sauces
Three chef-crafted sauces built to bring composed flavor to everyday meals: Signature Curry, Sicilian, and Smoked White.
Start with the ingredients you already love, then let Chef Juan’s® sauces take the meal somewhere more interesting. Choose a layered curry, a bright tomato and artichoke sauce, or a creamy white sauce with a smoky finish. Every jar was designed to deliver chef-developed flavor without making you build the sauce from scratch.
The Chef Has Already Built the Flavor
A good sauce is more than a final topping. It brings the ingredients together and gives the whole plate direction. Chef Juan’s® sauces grew from recipes developed to deliver that kind of composed flavor with less work at home. Add one to cooked chicken, pork, seafood, vegetables, pasta, rice, or grains, then finish the dish according to the product directions.

Smoked WhiteCreamy. Savory. Smoky.
A creamy, savory sauce with onion, basil, garlic, lime, and a distinctive mesquite smoke note.
Explore Smoked White →A Shared Sauvignon Blanc Beginning
The original recipes for all three sauces included Sauvignon Blanc. In the curry, it sat beside coconut milk, tomato, peppers, herbs, and spices. In the Sicilian sauce, it joined tomato, artichoke, capers, basil, and thyme. In the smoked white sauce, it balanced cream, onion, basil, lime, and mesquite smoke. That common ingredient explains the Sauvignon names used in the early product history, even though the collection now uses clearer flavor led names.
Choose a Direction
- Choose Signature Curry when you want warm spice, coconut richness, peppers, and herbs.
- Choose Sicilian when you want tomato, artichoke, capers, and a savory herb profile.
